At Verityx, every piece is made just for you — and we want you to love it.
Because our products are created individually when you order, we handle returns a little differently.
Wrong Size / Damaged / Misprinted Items:
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or with the wrong size, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it.
We’ll replace it at no extra cost or issue a refund, it is your choice.
Change of Mind:
Since each item is made to order, we currently do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong colour selection, or wrong size choice if the item was printed correctly.
Please double-check sizing charts and product details before ordering.
How to Start a Return:
Email us at contact.verityx@gmail.com with your order number, description of the issue, and clear photos if needed.
We'll review your case and get back to you quickly with the next steps.
Processing Times:
Replacements and refunds are usually processed within 5–7 working days after your case is approved.
